Metin Alim Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Mobile Application (the "Service"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you.

  • Account Data: When you register, we may collect your email address, user ID, and basic profile information.
  • User Input Data (Text & Audio): We collect the text scripts you enter into the application and the generated audio files to perform the animation and video synthesis process.
  • Device and Usage Data: We collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (e.g., device type, operating system version, app crashes, and unique device identifiers) via analytics tools.

2. Processing and Sharing Data with Third-Party AI Services

To deliver our core features (Text-to-Speech and Video Generation), our application integrates with third-party service providers via secure APIs.

  • AI Service Providers: Your text inputs and generated media are transmitted to third-party AI platforms (such as, but not limited to, ElevenLabs, D-ID, OpenAI, or similar AI infrastructure providers) solely to process the audio synthesis and character animation.
  • Data Minimization: We only transmit the specific data (text or audio tokens) required to complete the user-initiated request. We do not sell or rent your personal text inputs or generated media to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

We practice strict data minimization regarding user-generated content:

  • Text and Audio Inputs: Text scripts and raw audio files are stored temporarily on our secure servers to process the video production.
  • Generated Videos: Final compiled videos are cached on our secure servers for a limited time (e.g., 30 days) to allow users to download or re-export their content. After this retention period, the generated media files are permanently and automatically deleted from our cloud storage.
  • Account Deletion: Users have the right to delete their accounts at any time through the in-app settings menu. Upon account deletion, all personal data, purchase history logs, and remaining assets associated with the user will be permanently wiped from our databases. Alternatively, if you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by sending an email to our support team at info@quickstream.app. Upon request, all your personal data (name, email, and purchase history) will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days.

4. Security of Data

The security of your data is important to us. We implement industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS/TLS) to protect your data during transit and at rest. However, remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions compliant with GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If we discover that a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.
