Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the Mobile Application (the "Service") operated by Metin Alim Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service and AI-Generated Content

Our Service allows users to select pre-made, AI-generated avatar characters, input text to generate text-to-speech (TTS) audio, and animate these characters to create synthetic video outputs ("User-Generated Videos").

  • All character avatars provided within the application are entirely fictional and generated by artificial intelligence. They do not represent real-life individuals.
  • The video outputs are classified as Synthetic Media / Generated AI Content.

2. Credit System and Purchases

  • The Service operates on a digital credit system. Certain actions, such as generating TTS audio or exporting animated videos, require a specific amount of credits.
  • Credits are purchased via In-App Purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to the refund policies of the respective app stores.
  • We reserve the right to change the credit cost per action or the price of credit packages at any time.

3. User Content Moderation and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for the text scripts you enter into the Service. You agree not to use the Service to generate any content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, harmful, vulgar, or obscene.
  • Promotes hate speech, violence, discrimination, or political propaganda.
  • Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights.
  • Impersonates any real-life individual, public figure, or celebrity.

Automated AI Filtering: The Service utilizes automated artificial intelligence moderation tools to screen text inputs for profanity and restricted keywords. We reserve the right to instantly block text inputs that trigger our safety filters. Repeated attempts to bypass the safety filter will result in permanent termination of your account without a refund of remaining credits.

4. Absolute Limitation of Liability (Deepfake & Misuse)

  • No Real Person Representation: Since the app animates fictional avatars, you are strictly prohibited from attempting to frame, title, or market the generated videos as real footage of real people.
  • User Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metin Alim Ltd. and its developers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt resulting from the videos you create, distribute, or publish on social media or any other third-party platforms. The legal liability of the generated output belongs 100% to the user.

5. Intellectual Property

  • The App Elements: The application infrastructure, UI/UX design, custom features, and the base AI-generated character library provided by the admin panel are the exclusive property of Metin Alim Ltd..
  • Generated Outputs: We do not claim copyright ownership over the specific video compiled by the user, provided that the user complies with these Terms. However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and process the video data on our servers solely to deliver the service to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country / e.g., Turkey or United States], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
